Environmental Services provided by GLS

Public Policies: Develops activities for the diagnosis and design of public policies in environmental matters, developing regulatory instruments such as laws, regulations, technical standards, and public policy projects with an interdisciplinary vision.

Litigation: Assists in all types of administrative, judicial and quasi-judicial procedures related to environmental matters in Mexico. These services include the inspection and compliance procedures before Federal Bureau of Environmental Protection, the National Water Commission and the equivalent state authorities, constitutional claims filed in federal courts appealing allegedly illegal actions by government agencies.

Consultancy: We support our clients in making environmental decisions by designing and implementing solutions in the following areas:

  • Atmosphere, water, soil, forest and wildlife.
  • Development and implementation of infrastructure projects (tourism, energy, communications, mining, renewable energy, etc.)

Government intermediation: We carry out government intermediation activities in any type of inspection and obtain all types of permits, licenses and concessions in environmental matters such as environmental impact, wildlife, forestry, fishing, urban and hazardous waste, construction such as those detailed below:
